How does it work?
1. Give us your requirements by filling in the form below and we can do a search for you, both over the Internet and through various contacts in the Nerja area before you arrive.
2. Once we have found a selection of properties that meet your specifications, we can discuss them with you and arrange an itinerary for you to view them.
3. When you find your dream house, we can draw up a contract for you, stating the price, deposit, date of completion, etc.
4. On the completion date, someone will accompany you to the notary's office, where the deeds are signed, the final payment is made and the keys are handed over!
